La investigación estuvo precedida por elementos metodológicos que algunas veces confundieron el desarrollo de la búsqueda de solución al problema planteado.
Podemos concluir que efectivamente existen elementos contradictorios en el proceso organización documental en la gestión administrativa de la Unidad Educativa Enrique Ponce Luque” que tenemos la obligación de asumir como los nuevos elementos que aparecen como resultados de la observación y el análisis que se ha tenido.
Una de las conclusiones que podemos sacar de la presente investigación Se hace necesario optimizar el uso de la información utilizando normas y procedimientos documentales que permitan la organización y normalización de los archivos de la Unidad Educativa Enrique Ponce Luque, no existe una organización perfecta, sino se tienen en cuenta la diversidad de las necesidades que pueden existir y de las características y afines en el desarrollo de la gestión administrativa. Se trata sin embargo de encontrar el máximo de respuesta, y las mejores soluciones al momento de confrontar un diseño de organización documental. | es_ES |
