The research is carried out within the “Emigdio Esparza Moreno” Educational Unit, as a need to implement a recreational activities plan for first-year high school students, in order to safeguard their physical and emotional health. Through their time at the institution, students with this new strategy will be able to establish new social connections with their peers, in addition to obtaining a lifestyle that makes them enjoy good health in general. Emotional and physical health plays a fundamental role in people's lives, that is why instilling a culture of sport in the minds of individuals favors everyone, without exception, to live in a better way, prolonging their years of life and also allowing them to create solid relationships with their environment. Currently, these activities have been neglected, they are usually replaced by the use of electronic devices, which generally turns adolescents into isolated beings and unaware of their environment.es_ES
