dc.descriptionThe positive impact of educational support is due to several factors, including improved communication between teachers and students, personalized teaching strategies, and strengthening the relationship between school and community. The objective was to determine how educational support impacts academic performance in students at the 13 de Abril educational unit, Buena Fe. The type of research is descriptive and explanatory and the quantitative approach was used. The study population consisted of 40 teachers from the 13 de Abril educational unit in Buena Fe. The results showed relevant characteristics of what happens in the academic performance of students at the 13 de Abril educational unit, Buena Fe, among which we have weak diagnostic evaluations that affect the students' adaptability process, and there is little academic development of the students even though the inclusive policy on the part of teachers is increasing. Likewise, specific elements of educational support were identified, where it was evident that teachers carry out continuous follow-ups to strengthen learning and promote the academic development of students. It was concluded that the way in which the variables Educational Support and Academic Performance are related is significantly positive, the correlation obtained was Rho = 0.807, which establishes a high relationship between the variables and that timely Educational Support produces a positive impact effect on academic performance of 65.12%.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl impacto positivo del acompañamiento educativo se debe a varios factores, entre ellos la mejora en la comunicación entre docentes y estudiantes, la personalización de las estrategias de enseñanza y el fortalecimiento de la relación entre la escuela y la comunidad. El objetivo fue determinar la forma en que el Acompañamiento educativo impacta en el Rendimiento Académico en los estudiantes de la unidad educativa 13 de Abril, Buena Fe. El tipo de investigación es descriptivo explicativo y se usó el enfoque cuantitativo. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 40 profesores de la Unidad Educativa 13 de Abril en Buena Fe. Los resultados evidenciaron características relevantes sobre lo que acontece en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la unidad educativa 13 de Abril, Buena Fe, entre las cuales tenemos las débiles evaluaciones diagnósticas que afectan al proceso de adaptabilidad de los estudiantes, asimismo, hay poco desarrollo académico de los mismos aún cuando la política inclusiva por parte de los docentes es cada vez mayor. Asimismo, se pudo identificar elementos puntuales que presenta el acompañamiento educativo, donde se evidenció que los docentes realizan seguimientos continuos para fortalecer aprendizajes y propiciar el desarrollo académico de los estudiantes. Concluyendo que la forma en que se relaciona las variables Acompañamiento educativo y Rendimiento Académico es significativamente positiva, la correlación obtenida fue de Rho = 0,807 lo que establece una alta relación entre las variables y que el oportuno Acompañamiento educativo produce un efecto de impacto positivo sobre el rendimiento académico de 65,12 %.es_ES
