| dc.description | Financial Transaction Management is a fundamental part of any company, whether public or private, because it involves the entire process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling financial transactions. Including the management of income, expenses, assets, liabilities and equity of the entity. In this case study that deals with the management of financial transactions of the GAD San Francisco de Pueblo Viejo in 2022, it seeks to analyze and evaluate the financial management of the entity in order to identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose improvements to optimize financial management, guaranteeing transparency and efficiency in the management of public resources. We will analyze procedures using the relationship between income and expenses to meet financial objectives, using research methods such as interviews directed at the financial director and surveys directed at personnel in the same area in order to collect information to propose improvements, strategies, and data necessary to carry out said case study. In this investigative work we are going to find different sections such as in the first instance we have the statement of the problem, justification, both general and specific objectives, line of research, articulation of the topic and in the second instance we have theoretical framework, methodological framework, results of the surveys and interviews, discussion of results, conclusions, recommendations and annexes. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La Gestión de Transacciones Financieras es una parte fundamental en toda empresa ya sea pública o privada porque conlleva todo el proceso de planificación, organización, dirección y control de las transacciones financieras. Incluyendo la gestión de los ingresos, egresos, activos, pasivos y patrimonio de la entidad. En este estudio de caso que trata sobre la gestión de transacciones financieras del GAD San Francisco de Pueblo Viejo en 2022 busca analizar y evaluar las gestiones financieras de la entidad con el fin de identificar fortalezas y debilidades, y proponer mejoras para optimizar la gestión financiera garantizando la transparencia y eficiencia en la gestión de recursos públicos. Analizaremos procedimientos utilizando la relación entre los ingresos y egresos para el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros, empleando métodos de investigación como entrevistas dirigidas al director financiero y encuestas dirigidas al personal de la misma área con el fin de recabar información para proponer mejoras, estrategias, y datos necesarios para la realización de dicho caso de estudio. En este trabajo investigativo vamos a encontrar diferentes secciones como en primera instancia tenemos el planteamiento del problema, justificación, objetivo tanto generales y específicos, línea de investigación, articulación del tema y en segunda instancia tenemos marco teórico, marco metodológico, resultados de las encuestas y entrevistas, discusión de los resultados, conclusiones, recomendaciones y anexos. | es_ES |
