Estos riesgos no solo impactan la operatividad interna, sino que también pueden comprometer la reputación corporativa, generando pérdidas de datos, exposición de información sensible y afectaciones a la confianza de los clientes. Este estudio de caso se enfoca en el desarrollo de un plan de seguridad para la empresa INTERFILK, considerando la identificación y protección de servicios críticos para prevenir y mitigar interrupciones en los sistemas de información.
