dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio analiza y compara las funcionalidades de las plataformas de comercio electrónico PARDUX y Shopify, evaluando su aplicabilidad en el sector agro veterinario de la ciudad de Babahoyo. La investigación se enfoca en aspectos clave como la facilidad de uso, la personalización, la gestión de inventarios, los métodos de pago, las herramientas de marketing y la escalabilidad. Se emplea una metodología descriptiva-comparativa basada en pruebas prácticas y entrevistas a usuarios clave del sector.
