dc.description | The advancement of information technologies has driven the need for secure and efficient technological infrastructures in the business environment. The objective of this research is to design the technological infrastructure for the company Fumiground S.A.S. in order to improve security and operational efficiency. A quantitative approach methodology of correlational level with a non-experimental design is used, using instruments such as surveys to analyze them and propose improvement solutions. The results show that an adequate technological infrastructure with intelligent network solutions strengthens network security, positively impacting productivity and operational efficiency, which are key to business, continuity and competitiveness. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El avance de las tecnologías de la información ha impulsado la necesidad de contar con infraestructuras tecnológicas seguras y eficientes en el entorno empresarial. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar la infraestructura tecnológica para la empresa Fumiground S.A.S para mejorar la seguridad y eficiencia operativa. Se emplea una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo de nivel correlacional con un diseño no experimental, utilizando instrumentos como encuestas para analizarlas y proponer soluciones de mejora. Los resultados muestran que una infraestructura tecnológica adecuada con soluciones de redes inteligentes fortalece la seguridad de la red, impactando positivamente en la productividad y eficiencia operativa que son claves para la continuidad y competitividad empresarial. | es_ES |
