In a context marked by digital transformation and the need to remain competitive in dynamic markets, Ecuadorian organizations face the challenge of managing large volumes of data efficiently, securely and profitably. This study focuses on evaluating the performance, efficiency and costs associated with the management of private cloud infrastructure services, considering the particularities and limitations of the Ecuadorian business environment. Factors such as technological availability, local infrastructure and the specific needs of key sectors, such as trade, manufacturing and services, are analyzed in detail.
