dc.descriptionThis Thesis project, called administrative management of the medical department of Federios and its impact on business sustainability, seeks to optimize its results for the benefit of the sports community, and civil society in general, through the continuous improvement of both its processes operational and administrative, which includes a comprehensive restructuring of its facilities, as well as creating a process of awareness and commitment of the medical staff in charge of said department. The administrative management of the Federios medical department and its impact on the company's sustainability are key to understanding how the effective management of medical resources influences the long-term success of the organization. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of management practices in the medical department on the sustainability and operational efficiency of Federios. To this end, a methodology was applied that combines a qualitative and quantitative analysis of current management practices with an evaluation of their impact on the company's sustainability through surveys and interviews with key personnel as well as the analysis of operational data. The results show that effective administrative management in the medical department leads to a significant improvement in the sustainability of the organization by optimizing resource utilization, reducing unnecessary costs and improving the quality of medical services. Best practices include the introduction of integrated management systems and ongoing staff training to maintain high quality standards. The results show that proper management in this department not only optimizes operational performance, but also improves the financial and organizational sustainability of Federios, thus ensuring the company's ability to face future challenges and remain competitive in the market.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de Tesis, denominado gestión administrativa del departamento medico de Federios y su incidencia en la sostenibilidad empresarial, busca la optimización de sus resultados en beneficio de la comunidad deportiva, y civil en general, por medio de la mejora continua tanto de sus procesos operativos y administrativos, lo cual incluye una reestructuración integral de sus instalaciones, así como también, crear un proceso de concientización y compromiso del personal médico que se encuentra a cargo de dicho departamento. La gestión administrativa del departamento médico de Federios y su impacto en la sostenibilidad de la empresa son clave para entender cómo la gestión eficaz de los recursos médicos influye en el éxito a largo plazo de la organización. El principal objetivo de este estudio es evaluar el impacto de las prácticas de gestión en el departamento médico en la sostenibilidad y eficiencia operativa de Federios. Para ello se aplicó una metodología que combina un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de las prácticas de gestión actuales con una evaluación de su impacto en la sostenibilidad de la empresa a través de encuestas y entrevistas al personal clave así como el análisis de datos operativos. Los resultados muestran que una gestión administrativa eficaz en el departamento médico conduce a una mejora significativa en la sostenibilidad de la organización al optimizar la utilización de recursos, reducir costos innecesarios y mejorar la calidad de los servicios médicos. Las prácticas recomendadas incluyen la introducción de sistemas de gestión integrados y la formación continua del personal para mantener altos estándares de calidad. Los resultados muestran que una gestión adecuada en este departamento no sólo optimiza el desempeño operativo, sino que también mejora la sostenibilidad financiera y organizacional de Federios, asegurando así la capacidad de la empresa para enfrentar los desafíos futuros y seguir siendo competitiva en el mercado.es_ES
