dc.descriptionThis research project is based on a methodology for the development of lower body strength in footballers in the under 16 category of the Baba Sport specialized training club. The objective of this research project is to determine a specific methodology for the development of lower body strength in under 16 soccer players from the Baba Sport training club. This study seeks to improve sports performance and prevent injuries through a methodological guide adapted to the needs of these young athletes. A qualitative study was carried out, a survey and a long jump test were applied to a selected sample of 16 young under 16 footballers from the Baba Sport club. This study will provide a methodology for the development of lower body strength in young soccer players, contributing to the optimization of sports performance and the prevention of injuries in this population. The results may be applicable to other contexts of youth sports training.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de investigación se basa en una metodología para el desarrollo de la fuerza del tren inferior en futbolistas de la categoría sub 16 del club formativo especializado Baba Sport. El objetivo de este proyecto de investigación es determinar una metodología específica para el desarrollo de la fuerza del tren inferior en futbolistas sub 16 del club formativo Baba Sport. Este estudio busca mejorar el rendimiento deportivo y prevenir lesiones a través de una guía metodológica adaptada a las necesidades de estos jóvenes atletas. Se llevó a cabo un estudio cualitativo, se aplicó una encuesta y un test de salto de longitud a una muestra seleccionada de 16 jóvenes futbolistas sub 16 del club Baba Sport. Este estudio proporcionará una metodología para el desarrollo de la fuerza del tren inferior en futbolistas jóvenes, contribuyendo a la optimización del rendimiento deportivo y la prevención de lesiones en esta población. Los resultados podrán ser aplicables a otros contextos de formación deportiva juvenil.es_ES
