Method: The research was descriptive, cross-sectional, and retrospective, based on events that occurred during a specific past period. The population consisted of all adolescent pregnant women treated at the Sagrado Corazón De Jesús Hospital from January to June 2024, totaling 215 pregnant adolescents, with a census sample of 115 adolescents who experienced obstetric complications during the third trimester of pregnancy. Results: The adolescents who presented the highest incidence of complications were aged 16 and 17 years, representing 54% of the total population. Among the most frequent complications were membrane rupture at 27%, threat of preterm labor at 21%, and preeclampsia at 16%. Conclusion: Proper monitoring and social support are essential for prenatal education and early intervention to prevent obstetric complications.es_ES
