The findings indicate that dengue during the first trimester can lead to various complications, with the impact varying depending on individual factors. The conclusions highlight the importance of rigorous monitoring and implementation of preventive measures in endemic areas to reduce associated risks.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl dengue, una enfermedad viral transmitida por mosquitos, representa un riesgo significativo para la salud materno-fetal durante el embarazo. Este estudio investiga las consecuencias del dengue en el primer trimestre de gestación en mujeres ingresadas al Hospital General León Becerra Camacho entre noviembre de 2023 y abril de 2024. Se realizó una revisión exhaustiva de historias clínicas para identificar las complicaciones materno-fetales asociadas con la infección. Los hallazgos indican que el dengue durante el primer trimestre puede llevar a diversas complicaciones, con un impacto que varía según factores individuales. Las conclusiones destacan la importancia de un monitoreo riguroso y la implementación de medidas preventivas en áreas endémicas para reducir los riesgos asociados.es_ES
