| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso clínico esta aplicado en paciente femenino de 34 años de edad por manifestar cuadro clínico de ±2 semana de evolución caracterizado por dolor pélvico, sangrado transvaginal, coitorragia, disuria, leucorrea, dispareunia, disuria y astenia. Se realiza procedimiento de colocación de vía periférica en miembro superior derecho y se administra plan de hidratación y tratamiento farmacológico, según prescripción médica. En cuanto a la valoración cefalocaudal por patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon realizado por el personal de enfermería se lograron identificar los patrones disfuncionales que comprometían el estado de salud del paciente y los cuales fueron tratados de inmediato a través del Proceso de Atención en Enfermería que se brindaran durante su hospitalización.
