| dc.description | Regarding the development of the clinical case study, the objective was to develop the nursing care process in a 41-year-old adult with a diagnosis of renal osteodystrophy. The methodology that has been established in this study, it was located in a clinical setting, based on a quantitative and qualitative approach, where the case of a patient with renal osteodystrophy was analyzed where different clinical analyzes were applied based on the results obtained. And in the results, it has been determined that the patient's situation is complex, in which treatment with analgesics was started (paracetamol 1 g orally every eight hours) and, due to low hemoglobin, a transfusion of two units of red blood cells. In conclusion, the 41-year-old adult with renal osteodystrophy can have an effective intervention by implementing the nursing care process, which will improve mobility and reduce pain in the affected limb. This process was based on a thorough evaluation and immediate attention, which which led to rapid stabilization of the patient and a significant reduction in symptoms. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En cuanto al desarrollo del estudio de caso clínico se estableció como objetivo desarrollar el proceso atención de enfermería en adulto de 41 años con diagnóstico de osteodistrofia renal. La metodología que se ha establecido en este estudio se situó en un análisis clínico, basado en un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, donde se analizó el caso de una paciente con osteodistrofia renal donde se aplicaron diferentes análisis clínicos basados en los resultados obtenidos. Y en los resultados, se ha determinado que la situación de la paciente es compleja, en la cual se inició un tratamiento con analgésicos (paracetamol 1 g vía oral cada ocho horas) y, debido a la hemoglobina baja, se programa una transfusión de dos unidades de glóbulos rojos. En conclusión, el adulto de 41 años con osteodistrofia renal puede tener una intervención efectiva implementando el proceso de cuidados de enfermería, que mejorará la movilidad y reducirá el dolor en el miembro afectado, este proceso se basó en una evaluación exhaustiva y atención inmediata, lo que condujo a la rápida estabilización del paciente y una reducción significativa de los síntomas. | es_ES |
