dc.description | During the postpartum period, the nursing professional must provide individualized care that allows the restoration of balance between the woman and her environment. Objective: Establish the influence of the systematization of nursing care on the recovery of women in postpartum periods at the Martín Icaza General Hospital, January to May 2024. Methodology: Non-experimental, descriptive, field, transversal design and quantitative modality. The sample was 154 women. Medical history review and survey were used as techniques. Results: In nursing practices, compliance (100.0%) in control of vital signs, control of bleeding, evaluation of the uterine fundus, control of episiotomy, control of diuresis and administration of analgesia; In nursing care, they indicated that the professional participated in rooming-in (100.0%), evaluation of the uterine fundus (98.1%), control of vital signs (97.4%) and control of bleeding (91.0%). 6%), administration of analgesia (89.6%), daily bathing or perineal hygiene (83.8%) and diuresis control (77.9%); and in the relationship of systematization and care, compliance of 95 to 100% in immediate postpartum practices, and less than 75% in mediate postpartum care (emotional support, family planning and breastfeeding). dc.description.abstract | Durante el periodo de postparto, el profesional de enfermería debe brindar cuidados individualizados que permita el restablecimiento del equilibrio de la mujer y su entorno. Objetivo: Establecer la influencia de la sistematización del cuidado de enfermería en la recuperación de mujeres en periodos de postparto del Hospital General Martín Icaza, enero a mayo del 2024. Metodología: Diseño no experimental, descriptivo, de campo, transversal y modalidad cuantitativa. La muestra fue de 154 mujeres. Se utilizó la revisión de historia clínica y encuesta como técnicas. Resultados: En las prácticas de enfermería, cumplimiento (100,0%) en control de signos vitales, control de sangrado, evaluación del fondo uterino, control de episiotomía, control de diuresis y administración de analgesia; en los cuidados de enfermería, indicaron que el profesional participó en el alojamiento conjunto (100,0%), evaluación del fondo uterino (98,1%), control de signos vitales (97,4%) y control de sangrado (91,6%), administración de analgesia (89,6%), baño diario o higiene perineal (83,8%) y control de diuresis (77,9%); y en la relación de sistematización y cuidado, cumplimiento del 95 al 100% en prácticas del postparto inmediato, y menos del 75% en cuidados del postparto mediato (apoyo emocional, planificación familiar y lactancia materna). Conclusión: La sistematización del cuidado de enfermería influye en la recuperación de mujeres en periodo de postparto inmediato y mediato. | es_ES |
