dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio se centra en la atención al cliente del almacén La Ganga, ubicado en el cantón Urdaneta, provincia de Los Ríos, durante el año 2023, El almacén La Ganga se ha identificado por ofrecer diferentes electrodomésticos de alta calidad , ya que su objetivo es consolidarse como una empresa única por su reconocido y excelente servicio al cliente y ofrecer productos de alta gama. El largo recorrido del Almacén ha enfrentado varios desafíos de gran importancia que se relacionan con la atención al cliente, mismas que han generado un gran impacto de manera negativa en la fidelidad y satisfacción de los consumidores, la atención al cliente en un área minorista específicamente en los electrodomésticos, es un factor que influye en la perspectiva del cliente y su lealtad ante todo el éxito comercial. En el Almacén la atención al cliente abarca de forma directa con los empleados, la disponibilidad y el acceso a los productos, desde una gestión eficiente de las quejas y devoluciones, la calidad del servicio es un elemento fundamental que permite a las empresas tener su sello de marca y a la ves ser competitivos con técnicas y estrategias que han sido para mejorar la experiencia de atención al cliente.es_ES
