This case study focused on the care of a 10-year-old boy living with hydrocephalus. The main goal was to see how physical therapy could help him, making sure the treatment was safe and age appropriate. Various physiotherapy techniques were tried, always seeking to adapt the approach to the specific needs of the child. The results showed that a personalized treatment, which included exercises to improve mobility, strengthen muscles, stimulate the senses and improve balance, had a positive impact on their motor coordination, reduced muscle stiffness and improved their quality of life. This approach not only helped this child, but also offered valuable lessons for treating other children with similar conditions. As a key recommendation, the importance of adapting treatment to each child with hydrocephalus is highlighted, with the hope that these findings can be applied in clinical practice to provide better care for this population.es_ES
