dc.description.abstract | Este estudio se enfoca en un paciente masculino de 62 años con diagnóstico de espondilitis anquilosante axial, una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica que afecta la columna vertebral y limita la movilidad. La intervención fisioterapéutica se diseñó para mejorar su calidad de vida y reducir el dolor asociado. A lo largo del estudio, se implementó un plan de tratamiento que incluyó ejercicios específicos y modalidades terapéuticas. Los resultados reflejaron mejoras significativas en la movilidad, la reducción del dolor y la calidad de vida del paciente. Este caso destaca la importancia de la fisioterapia como componente esencial en el manejo de la espondilitis anquilosante y proporciona recomendaciones para futuros tratamientos fisioterapéuticos en pacientes con esta afección. | es_ES |
