dc.description | The present investigation was based on the physiotherapy approach in children with paralysis who attend the Martin Icaza General Hospital. Infantile cerebral palsy is a syndrome that originates in the Central Nervous System (CNS), specifically in the first neuron or upper motor neuron. This syndrome is very relevant and common in pediatric neurological pathology. PCI is the main and most costly cause of motor paralysis in childhood, which will imply a loss of function, both sensory and motor. In a descriptive research, with the purpose of understanding the signs and symptoms of this pathology and based on our study, developing a physiotherapeutic approach according to the different needs of each child. The methodology was implemented with a qualitative approach that helped us deepen the different points of view of the children involved in this case study; in which it allowed us to improve a strategy to inform and train the population about the benefits and methods that they can use outside their homes to see favorable results in the physiotherapy approach in patients with PCI. In conclusion, the physiotherapy approach has been disseminated to parents with children with PCI, about the benefits and appropriate methods that can be used at home to consolidate the progress they have had during the sessions carried out. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
