| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de este estudio de caso clínico basado en el proceso de atención de enfermería en una gestantes de 36 semanas con desprendimiento prematura de placenta más óbito fetal que fue recibida en el hospital general Martín Icaza de la ciudad de Babahoyo con una derivación del hospital de Ricaurte, se recibió a esta paciente con un diagnóstico de atención materna por muerte intrauterina que fue valorada por el médico de guardia y al momento de llegada la paciente mostró dolor abdomino-pelvico con contráctil donde se esparce por la zona lumbosacra con intensidad leve en cuanto a la atención de la paciente se realizó el examen físico correspondiente el análisis de los signos vitales así como realizar sus debidos procesos de enfermería donde se administró la medicación correspondiente otorgada por el médico de turno en cuanto a la conclusión se logró identificar diversos factores de riesgo relacionados a la complicaciones de la placenta y óbito fetal entre ellos se destacaron la hipertensión arterial embarazo múltiple antecedentes de desprendimientos previos y los abortos además de este conocimiento es importante detectar de forma temprana y poder implementar estrategias en la población de riesgo. | es_ES |
