| dc.description | The development of this case study was based on the objective of applying the Nursing care process to a 24-year-old patient with postpartum depression. In which the analysis of the case is developed as a study methodology where the personal and family pathological history is determined, taking into consideration the reason for consultation and other relevant processes for the development of this case. Regarding the results obtained, the patient was monitored with control of adherence to the medication treatment prescribed by the doctor, evaluating mood changes, adverse effects, monitoring progress in behavior change and status. of the patient's mood which was proposed as a nursing intervention. In conclusion, the successful implementation of the nursing care process in a young 24-year-old mother who is experiencing depression after childbirth is essential to provide complete and personalized care, through a series of steps, such as evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de este estudio de caso se basó en el objetivo de aplicar el proceso de atención de Enfermería en paciente de 24 años con depresión post parto. En el cual se estableció como metodología del estudio el análisis del caso donde se determinaron los antecedentes patológicos personales y familiares, teniendo en consideración el motivo de consulta y otros procesos relevantes para el desarrollo de este caso. En cuanto a los resultados que se obtuvieron, se realizó el seguimiento de la paciente con el control de la adherencia al tratamiento medicamentoso prescrito por el médico, evaluando los cambios de humor, efectos adversos, la monitorización de los avances en el cambio de conducta y estado de ánimo de la paciente lo cual fue planteado como intervención de enfermería. En conclusión, la implementación exitosa del proceso de atención de enfermería en una joven madre de 24 años que está experimentando depresión después del parto es esencial para brindarle una atención completa y personalizada, a través de una serie de pasos, como la evaluación, el diagnóstico, la planificación, la intervención y la evaluación. | es_ES |
