| dc.description | Liposuction is one of the most performed cosmetic surgeries, it includes several serious complications that compromise the patient's life, one of these complications is sepsis. This research work focuses on a 30-year-old female patient who is hospitalized in the ICU at the Dr. Abel Gilbert Pontón Specialty Hospital due to soft tissue septic shock, a consequence of liposculpture + gluteal lipotransfer. The main objective of this study is to apply the methodology of the nursing care process in young adult patients with soft tissue sepsis due to liposculpture. This is a qualitative study developing its line of research in Human and Animal Health through the subline of research in comprehensive health and its physical, mental and social factors. In conclusion, the results according to the goals proposed in the care plan were satisfactory, since he is in a better state of health and remains hemodynamically stable, showing a decrease in infection. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La liposucción es una de las cirugías estéticas más realizadas, comprende varias complicaciones graves que comprometen la vida del paciente, una de estas complicaciones es la sepsis. Este trabajo de investigación se centra en paciente de 30 años, sexo femenino, que se encuentra hospitalizada en UCI en el Hospital de Especialidades Dr. Abel Gilbert Pontón por presentar choque séptico de partes blandas, consecuencia de lipoescultura+ lipotransferencia glútea. El objetivo principal de este estudio es aplicar la metodología del proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente adulto joven con sepsis de partes blandas por lipoescultura. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo desarrollando su línea de investigación en la Salud Humana y Animal mediante la sublínea de investigación en salud integral y sus factores físicos, mentales y sociales. En conclusión, los resultados según las metas propuestas en el plan de cuidados fueron satisfactorios, ya que se encuentra en un mejor estado de salud y se mantiene hemodinámicamente estable evidenciándose una disminución en la infección. | es_ES |
