dc.description.abstract | El polihidramnios se refiere a demasiado líquido amniótico, líquido que rodea al bebé en el útero durante el embarazo, ocurre alrededor del 1% a 2% de los embarazos, en su mayoría son leves y ocurre cuando existe una acumulación gradual de líquido amniótico durante el segundo trimestre de embarazo. Durante el embarazo, la anemia se define como una concentración de la hemoglobina inferior a los valores normales, su causa proviene en la deficiencia de vitamina B12 o por la pérdida de sangre. Teniendo en cuenta que, la frecuencia de anemia es alta en el primer y tercer trimestre en la etapa de gestación. El presente caso clínico hace énfasis a Gestante de 31 semanas que acude al servicio de consulta externa del Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil a control prenatal acompañada por su cónyuge, diagnosticada con polihidramnios más anemia moderada desde las 28 semanas, al momento de la valoración paciente refiere cuadro clínico de alrededor de 3 días de evolución caracterizado por mareos, aturdimiento, cefalea, piel pálida, molestias tipo contracciones uterinas dolorosas de intensidad leve, por lo cual se decide su traslado a quirófano por cesárea de emergencia. Es importante una valoración exhaustiva al paciente, la que permitió realizar un plan de cuidados de enfermería donde fueron ejecutados para el mejoramiento de la salud de la gestante y su estilo de vida. | es_ES |
