A través de un enfoque cuantitativo y encuestas dirigidas a los docentes, se evaluó el impacto de la formación continua en el desarrollo académico y formativo de los estudiantes. Los resultados subrayan la importancia atribuida por los docentes a la formación continua, evidenciando una conexión sólida entre su participación en programas de formación y la mejora en la calidad educativa.
