The results underline the importance attributed by teachers to continuous training, evidencing a solid connection between their participation in training programs and improvement in educational quality. Widespread understanding among teachers of the importance of continuing education provides a solid foundation for designing programs that meet expectations and encourage ongoing professional development of teachers. Furthermore, the collective perception stands out that continuous training not only benefits the professional growth of teachers, but also has a direct impact on the quality of education offered to students at the Gregorio Valencia School of Basic Education.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa investigación aborda la crucial relación entre la formación continua de los docentes y su impacto en la calidad educativa de los estudiantes, centrándose en la Escuela de Educación Básica Gregorio Valencia en el cantón Valencia durante el periodo lectivo 2023-2024. A través de un enfoque cuantitativo y encuestas dirigidas a los docentes, se evaluó el impacto de la formación continua en el desarrollo académico y formativo de los estudiantes. Los resultados subrayan la importancia atribuida por los docentes a la formación continua, evidenciando una conexión sólida entre su participación en programas de formación y la mejora en la calidad educativa. La comprensión generalizada entre los docentes sobre la importancia de la formación continua proporciona una base sólida para diseñar programas que satisfagan las expectativas y fomenten el desarrollo profesional continuo de los docentes. Además, se destaca la percepción colectiva de que la formación continua no solo tiene como beneficio el crecimiento profesional de los docentes, sino que también tiene un impacto directo en la calidad de la educación ofrecida a los estudiantes en la Escuela de Educación Básica Gregorio Valencia.es_ES
