Fue fundada el 6 de febrero en el año 1992 su misión es Impulsar el desarrollo económico, social y de salud de los microempresarios del Ecuador y su visión es ser especializado en Micro finanzas, con cobertura nacional, que impulsa el desarrollo y mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida de los microempresarios ecuatorianos.
