dc.description | The "QV" Importer, established in Babahoyo, has faced a notable variation in income during 2021-2022, raising concerns about its financial stability. Internal factors such as inventory management, operating costs and billing processes influenced revenue, while changes in internal policies such as pricing strategies and promotional campaigns stimulated demand for imported products. Externally, changes in competition and fluctuations in prices of imported products also had an impact. Despite the overall increase in revenue, there was a decrease in sales with a 12% tariff, pointing to challenges in marketing these products. Qualitative analysis revealed that financial decisions, such as investments in advertising and product line expansion, contributed to financial performance. In addition, financial risk management and quality control in the supply chain minimized the negative impact of price fluctuations. Public perception of the company, including brand reputation and customer satisfaction, also influenced the variation in income by affecting customer loyalty and generation of new business opportunities. It is recommended to review and optimize inventory management, operating costs, and internal billing and collection processes. Staying abreast of external changes such as trade policies and competition, adapting pricing and promotion strategies, and improving brand reputation and customer satisfaction are essential. These efforts can strengthen the financial and competitive position of Importadora "QV" in the market. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
