| dc.description | The main objective of this study is to perform a comparative analysis of the open source ERP systems: Odoo and GNU Health to determine the most appropriate solution to improve the operational efficiency and overall management of the Dental Clinic ORLY-DENTAL in the city of Babahoyo. This research is developed using the descriptive method, which focuses on obtaining information from different sources that allow to fulfill the purpose of the research, it is also important to mention that this study focuses on the comparison of the ERP systems Odoo and GNU Health with a more pragmatic point of view. The results of this study provide critical information that will allow us to analyze which of the two systems best meets the specific needs of the office, helping to improve the current operational challenges of ORLY-DENTAL, as well as strengthen its competitiveness in the market of the city of Babahoyo. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio tiene como objetivo principal realizar un análisis comparativo de los sistemas ERP de código abierto: Odoo y GNU Health para determinar la solución más adecuada para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la gestión general de la Clínica Dental ORLY-DENTAL en la ciudad de Babahoyo. Esta investigación se desarrolla utilizando el método descriptivo, que se centra en obtener información de distintas fuentes que permitan cumplir con el propósito de la investigación, además es importante mencionar que este estudio se centra en la comparación de los sistemas ERP Odoo y GNU Health con un punto de vista más pragmático. Los resultados de este estudio brindan información crítica que nos permitirán analizar cuál de los dos sistemas satisface de mejor manera las necesidades específicas del consultorio, contribuyendo a mejorar los desafíos operativos actuales de ORLY-DENTAL, así como también fortalecer su competitividad en el mercado de la ciudad de Babahoyo. | es_ES |
