dc.descriptionThe present study aims to optimize operational efficiency in customer registration and delivery report management at HermanosCourier through the design and implementation of the ODOO system. The company faced significant challenges in organizing deliveries and tracking packages, impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. To address this issue, research was conducted, including analysis of factors affecting operational efficiency, the design of the ODOO system according to these factors, and identification of its advantages. The methodology employed focused on descriptive documentary and field research, using surveys to collect customer data. The results revealed a clear need to improve delivery management and package tracking. The implementation of the ODOO system proved to be an effective solution, providing greater organization and transparency in the company's processes. Significant progress was achieved in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The comprehensive optimization of the customer registration process and delivery report management through the ODOO system has proven to be an effective strategy to enhance the quality of HermanosCourier's services and strengthen its competitiveness in the logistics market.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal optimizar la eficiencia operativa en el registro de clientes y la gestión de reportes de entrega en HermanosCourier mediante el diseño e implementación del sistema ODOO. La empresa enfrentaba desafíos significativos en la organización de sus entregas y en el seguimiento de los paquetes, lo que afectaba la satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia operativa. Para abordar esta problemática, se llevó a cabo una investigación que incluyó el análisis de factores que intervenían en la eficiencia operativa, el diseño del sistema ODOO acorde a estos factores y la identificación de sus ventajas. La metodología empleada se centró en una investigación descriptiva documental y de campo, utilizando encuestas para recopilar datos de los clientes. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron una clara necesidad de mejorar la gestión de entregas y el seguimiento de paquetes. La implementación del sistema ODOO demostró ser una solución efectiva, proporcionando una mayor organización y transparencia en los procesos de la empresa. Se lograron avances significativos en la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente. La optimización integral del proceso de registro de clientes y gestión de reportes de entrega mediante el sistema ODOO ha demostrado ser una estrategia efectiva para mejorar la calidad de los servicios de HermanosCourier y fortalecer su competitividad en el mercado logístico.es_ES
