Incidencia del estrés en el desempeño laboral de un servidor policial de 28 años del Distrito Pascuales de la ciudad de Guayaquil

| dc.description | The case study was developed with the objective of identifying the incidence of stress in the work performance of a 28-year-old police officer from the Pascuales District of the Guayaquil city, who has been triggering problems due to the excess stress he handles at all times. Daily as he was in a troubled area of the country. Stress is a silent disease that has gained strength over the years, which causes discomfort at a comprehensive level in the person, as well as affecting the performance of work activities. Stress has caused the patient to normalize and minimize events that have repercussions at a cognitive-affective, behavioral and somatic level, manifesting themselves with intrusive thoughts, persecutory ideas, distrust, among others. This case study has a mixed approach, collecting both qualitative and quantitative data through semi-structured interviews, clinical observations, tests and instruments. For this reason, activities were carried out through a psychotherapeutic scheme, with techniques that the patient can put into practice in stressful situations through CBT. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso se desarrolló con el objetivo de identificar la incidencia del estrés en el desempeño laboral de un servidor policial de 28 años del Distrito Pascuales de la ciudad de Guayaquil, el mismo que ha venido desencadenando problemas por el exceso de estrés que maneja a diario al encontrarse en una zona conflictiva del país. El estrés es una enfermedad silenciosa que ha tomado fuerza con el paso de los años, la cual provoca malestares a nivel integral en la persona, como tambien incide en el desempeño de actividades laborales. El estrés ha provocado que el paciente normalice y minimice eventos que tienen repercusiones a nivel cognitivo-afectivo, conductual y somático, manifestándose con pensamientos intrusivos, ideas persecutorias, desconfianza, entre otros. Este estudio de caso tiene un enfoque mixto, por la recolección de datos tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos a través de las entrevistas semi-estructuradas, observaciones clínicas, test e instrumentos. Por tal razón, se realizaron actividades por medio de un esquema psicoterapéutico, con técnicas que el paciente puede poner en práctica en situaciones estresantes desde la TCC. | es_ES |
