dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se enfoca en la creación de un sistema de ejercicios especializado destinado a desarrollar la fuerza máxima en atletas jóvenes de edades comprendidas entre 18 y 25 años, que entrenan en el gimnasio Loren de la ciudad de Babahoyo. A pesar de ofrecer diversas rutinas de entrenamiento, el gimnasio carece de un enfoque específico en el desarrollo de la fuerza máxima para este grupo de edad. Esta deficiencia puede limitar el progreso atlético y aumentar el riesgo de lesiones.
El objetivo principal de este proyecto es diseñar un sistema de ejercicios que esté adaptado a las demandas específicas de fuerza requeridas por los deportes practicados por los atletas, garantizando al mismo tiempo un entrenamiento efectivo y seguro. Se busca mejorar el rendimiento deportivo, la salud general y la técnica de los atletas jóvenes, permitiéndoles alcanzar su máximo potencial atlético. | es_ES |
