| dc.description.abstract | En el resumen del estudio realizado en el municipio del Cantón Quevedo, podemos dar por hecho que, la comunicación política actual, aún no está teniendo un funcionamiento efectivo, al entrar en materia de comunicación. Podemos darnos cuentan por medio de la encuestas y entrevistas realizadas, la falta de comunicación efectiva, tanto del municipio como de las instituciones. También podemos notar la importancia de la efectividad en las comunicaciones municipales y de instituciones públicas, que afecta de forma directa a los ciudadanos, tanto en el ámbito laboral como en el tema de seguridad. El no estar satisfecho con muchos temas que serían importantes se aclaren, como el puente de desnivel que conecta el centro con Los Guayacanes y el puente que conecta playa grande con la ruta del rio, ambos con retraso en las obras y el municipio no ha sabido explicarlo de manera clara y efectiva.
