| dc.description | Warehouse control and inventory management at the Los Ríos Cleaning Services Association, located in Babahoyo, during the first semester of the 2022-2023 period, are crucial aspects for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study focused on assessing and improving these processes, using financial indicators such as inventory turnover. The results revealed a high inventory turnover but also identified deficiencies in record accuracy, management of obsolete products, and staff training. It was recommended to implement automated tracking systems, regularly review inventory values, provide ongoing training, and establish clear inventory management policies based on the International Accounting Standard 2 (IAS 2). These measures aim to enhance efficiency, comply with international accounting standards, and ensure the timely availability of supplies for cleaning services, ultimately improving customer satisfaction. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El control de bodega y el manejo de inventario en la Asociación de Servicios de Limpieza Los Ríos, ubicada en Babahoyo, durante el primer semestre del período 2022-2023, son aspectos cruciales para la eficiencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente. Este estudio se centró en evaluar y mejorar estos procesos, utilizando indicadores financieros como la rotación de inventarios. Los resultados revelaron una alta rotación de inventarios, pero también identificaron deficiencias en la precisión de registros, la gestión de productos obsoletos y la capacitación del personal. Se recomendó la implementación de sistemas de seguimiento automatizado, revisión periódica de valores de inventario, capacitación continua y políticas claras de gestión de inventario basadas en la NIC 2. Estas medidas buscan mejorar la eficiencia y cumplir con estándares contables internacionales, al tiempo que garantizan la disponibilidad oportuna de suministros para los servicios de limpieza y la satisfacción del cliente. | es_ES |
