dc.descriptionChronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are currently the main cause of death in the world, responsible for more than half of the deaths caused worldwide. Many chronic diseases cause a lapse in lifestyle, since they affect various areas of work and social life in one way or another. The risk factors involved in the evolution of these diseases are diverse, many of which are associated with the lifestyle, habits and customs introduced by modernization, such as a sedentary lifestyle, inadequate diets, stress, smoking, alcohol consumption and drugs. Quality of life with eating habits has become an indicator of the evolution of the health status of these patients, as an expression of a strategy not only to prolong life, but also to reduce symptoms and maintain vital functions. The information obtained is based on research and will be used as support to find a solution, diet and nutrition are very important to promote and maintain good health. Its role as a determining factor is well established, thus obtaining the development of nutritional recommendations to improve the quality of life of patients and in this way dignified aging is achieved for hospitalized users.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles (ENT) son actualmente la principal causa de muerte en todo el mundo y representan más de la mitad de todas las muertes en todo el mundo. Muchas enfermedades crónicas conllevan cambios en el estilo de vida porque afectan de una forma u otra a muchos ámbitos diferentes de la vida profesional y social. Los factores que intervienen en la evolución de estas cosas se limitan a su diversidad, muchos de los cuales están ligados al estilo de vida, costumbres y hábitos introducidos por la modernización, las historias de vida sedentaria, alimentación inadecuada, estrógenos, tabaco, alcohol y drogas. La calidad de vida junto con los hábitos alimentarios se ha convertido en un indicador de progreso en el estado de salud de estos pacientes, como expresión de estrategias dirigidas no sólo a prolongar la vida sino también a reducir los síntomas y mantener la salud. La información obtenida está basada en investigaciones y servirá como apoyo para la búsqueda de soluciones. La dieta y la nutrición son importantes para promover y mantener una buena salud. Se ha establecido claramente su papel como determinante, de ahí que se desarrollen recomendaciones nutricionales para mejorar la calidad de vida del paciente y así lograr un envejecimiento digno de los usuarios hospitalizados.es_ES
