| dc.description | The main objective of this case study was to examine the income and expenses of the company “HELPCOMPUTER S.A” City Babahoyo – Los Ríos Province during the period 2021 – 2022, with the purpose of improving and optimizing its financial management. In the methodology, the qualitative, quantitative and documentary approach was used, in a descriptive manner. The information was requested through the owner of the company, where an interview with questions based on the financial department was applied to the owner of the company. Having as results the variations in income and operational expenses, through financial indicators of profitability, thus verifying the decrease in income and the increase in expenses. It can be taken into account that the company has a financial record and accounting programs that allow taking into account the income and expenses of operations, carrying out an accounting analysis, through the financial indicators of profitability, to know the real state of the company. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso tuvo como objetivo principal Examinar los ingresos y gastos de la empresa “HELPCOMPUTER S.A” Ciudad Babahoyo – Provincia Los Ríos período 2021 – 2022, con el propósito de mejorar y optimizar su gestión financiera. En la metodología se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo, cuantitativo y documental, de manera descriptiva. Se requirió la información mediante la propietaria de la empresa, donde se aplicó entrevista con preguntas basadas en el departamento financiero a la propietaria de la empresa. Teniendo como resultados las variaciones de los ingresos y gastos operacionales, mediante los indicadores financieros de rentabilidad, comprobando así, la disminución de los ingresos y aumento de los gastos. Se puede tener en cuenta que la empresa tenga un registro financiero y programas contables que permitan tener en cuenta los ingresos y gastos operaciones, realizar un análisis contable, a través de los indicadores financieros de la rentabilidad, para conocer el estado real de la empresa. | es_ES |
