The Costacomtv company that currently offers internet service carries out its activities digitally through electronic devices and provides communication with technical support and in this way allows service problems to be solved for each user who requires it. In this case study, explanatory and descriptive research was used, which in this way allowed us to carefully observe the management that has been used and causes customer satisfaction to reduce. Surveys aimed at clients were used to extract necessary information and thus support the research, if it is positively necessary to make changes to improve the quality of the service, and for this the case study aims to model the quality of the service. service and through this an improvement in customer satisfaction is obtained.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso designado Modelamiento del sistema de calidad de servicio por internet sobre la red de datos del ISP Costacomtv del cantón Urdaneta provincia de los Ríos, tiene como objetivo modelar un sistema de calidad analizando el tipo del servicio y equipos que permitan a la empresa mejorar la eficacia y satisfacción en los clientes; es as{i como un sistema de calidad de servicio o QoS se refiere a toda tecnología que permita analizar o gestionar el tráfico de la red de datos en el internet y su principal objetivo es mejorar el rendimiento de la red y para que esto ayude a garantizar la calidad del servicio. La empresa Costacomtv que actualmente ofrece servicio de internet realiza sus actividades de forma digital a través de dispositivos electrónicos y otorgar comunicación con el soporte técnico y de esta manera permita solucionar problemas de servicio a cada usuario que lo requiera. En el presente estudio de caso se utilizó la investigación explicativa y descriptiva, que de esta manera permitió observar con detenimiento aquella gestión que se viene utilizando y hace que la satisfacción del cliente reduzca. Se utilizó encuestas dirigida a los clientes para permitir extraer información necesaria y de esta manera apoye a la investigación, si es positivamente necesario dar cambios en la mejora de la calidad del servicio, y para ello el estudio de caso apunta al modelado de la calidad de servicio y que a través de esto se obtenga una mejora en la satisfacción del clientees_ES
