dc.description | This study focuses on assessing the feasibility of adopting Flutter, a mobile application development framework, with the aim of improving both operational efficiency and user experience in CNEL's mobile applications. An exploratory methodology is employed, involving an extensive review of technical literature related to Flutter and the analysis of successful cases in similar situations. Furthermore, interviews are conducted with professionals from CNEL's systems department to gain internal insights into how Flutter could address current limitations and enhance efficiency and user experience. The available resources and technical support for successfully implementing Flutter in CNEL are also evaluated. The analysis of the results reveals that Flutter has the potential to expedite development, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience in CNEL's mobile applications. The advantages of its development efficiency and the creation of attractive and customizable user interfaces are highlighted. As a result, key recommendations are presented for the successful implementation of Flutter in CNEL. This study provides a strong foundation for considering the adoption of Flutter as an effective solution to enhance mobile applications in the specific context of CNEL, which could have a significant impact on operational efficiency and user satisfaction. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este estudio se centra en la evaluación de la viabilidad de adoptar Flutter, un framework de desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles, con el objetivo de mejorar tanto la eficiencia operativa como la experiencia del usuario en las aplicaciones móviles de CNEL. Se utiliza una metodología exploratoria que involucra la revisión exhaustiva de la literatura técnica relacionada con Flutter y el análisis de casos de éxito en situaciones similares. Además, se realizan entrevistas con profesionales del área de sistemas de CNEL para obtener perspectivas internas sobre cómo Flutter podría abordar las limitaciones actuales y mejorar la eficiencia y la experiencia del usuario. También se evalúan los recursos y el soporte técnico disponibles para implementar con éxito Flutter en CNEL.
