Therefore, the objective is to: Establish the main ergonomic risk factors that affect musculoskeletal disorders in the nursing staff of the University Hospital of Guayaquil during the period June-October 2023. The project is developed based on basic research. . with quantitative modality using inductive methods and analysis; With a sample of 30 people, because the intentional non-probabilistic method was applied based on this, the result was that the majority of people within the work activities that are carried out often tend to present affects in the body area in greater quantities. 63.33% report discomfort in their hands or wrists when carrying out work activities. In addition, they allowed us to determine that in fact the majority of nursing professionals suffer from some type of musculoskeletal disorder. In conclusion, it should be stated that the main ergonomic risk factors that affect musculoskeletal disorders by nursing staff are usually when adopting positions in which the most frequent postures are the use of wrists, shoulders, ankles or feet and at their instead of lifting heavy objects which cause pain at the lumbar level.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLos TME de origen laboral, se van desarrollando con el tiempo por exposiciones repetidas o prolongadas a situaciones desfavorables en el desempeño del trabajo, o por una manipulación inadecuada de las cargas. Por ello, se plantea como objetivo: Establecer los principales factores de riesgo ergonómicos que inciden en los trastornos musculoesqueléticos en el personal de enfermería del Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil durante el periodo junio-octubre del 2023. El proyecto se elabora en base a una investigación básica con modalidad cuantitativa utilizando métodos inductivos y análisis; Con una muestra de 30 personas debido a que se aplicó el método no probabilístico intencional en base a ello se obtuvo como resultado que la mayoría de las personas dentro de las actividades laborales que desarrollan muchas veces suelen presentar afectaciones en la zona corporal en mayor cantidad el 63,33% manifiesta disconfort en las manos o las muñecas al realizar las actividades laborales. Además de ello permitieron determinar que en efecto la mayoría de las profesionales de enfermería padecen de algún tipo de trastorno músculoesquelético. En conclusión, se debe manifestar que los principales factores de riesgo ergonómicos que inciden en los trastornos músculo esqueléticos por parte del personal de enfermería suelen ser al adoptar posiciones en las cuales las posturas más frecuentes son el uso de muñecas hombros, tobillos o pies y a su vez de levantar objetos pesados los cuales producen dolores a nivel lumbar.es_ES
