dc.descriptionPreeclampsia is a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy, it is associated with a high rate of maternal-neonatal morbidity and mortality. The care provided by nursing professionals is essential for your improvement. Objective: determine the influence of nursing interventions on the prevention and control of preeclampsia in pregnant women treated at the Martín Icaza Hospital in the Babahoyo canton, province of Los Ríos, during the period June-October 2023. Methodology: non-experimental, qualitative approach. -quantitative, descriptive, field and transversal. A data collection form was used. Results: the prevalence of preeclampsia during the study period was 16.1%; Maternal repercussions were eclampsia in 37.4%, placental abruption in 12.2%, and HELLP syndrome in 10.7%; The neonatal repercussions were prematurity in 31.3%, low birth weight in 20.6% and intrauterine growth restriction in 8.4%; In the interventions according to the NANDA, NIC and NOC taxonomy, fluid management, seizure management, prenatal care, pain management, management of urinary elimination and coping were reported, while the evaluation according to the Henderson model was partially carried out. because only 11 needs were registered. Conclusion: The nursing care process is not fully complied with according to Virginia Henderson's taxonomy and model.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa preeclampsia es un trastorno hipertensivo del embarazo, se asocia con una elevada tasa de morbilidad y mortalidad materno-neonatal. El cuidado brindado por los profesionales de enfermería resulta fundamental para su mejoría. Objetivo: determinar la influencia de las intervenciones de enfermería en la prevención y control de la preeclampsia en embarazadas atendidas en el Hospital Martín Icaza del cantón Babahoyo, provincia de Los Ríos, durante el periodo junio-octubre 2023. Metodología: no experimental, enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, descriptiva, de campo y transversal. Se utilizó una ficha recolectora de datos. Resultados: la prevalencia de preeclampsia durante el periodo de estudio fue de 16,1%; las repercusiones maternas fueron eclampsia en el 37,4%, desprendimiento placentario en el 12,2% y síndrome de HELLP en el 10,7%; las repercusiones neonatales fueron prematuridad en el 31,3%, bajo peso al nacer en el 20,6% y restricción del crecimiento intrauterino en el 8,4%; en las intervenciones según la taxonomía NANDA, NIC y NOC se reportó manejo de líquidos, manejo de convulsiones, cuidados prenatales, manejo del dolor, manejo de la eliminación urinaria y afrontamiento, mientras que la evaluación de acuerdo al modelo de Henderson, se realizó parcialmente porque solo se registraron 11 necesidades. Conclusión: No se cumple totalmente con el proceso de atención de enfermería de acuerdo a la taxonomía y el modelo de Virginia Henderson.es_ES
