| dc.description | Objective: To determine nursing interventions and their influence on the treatment of breast cancer in older adult women, at the Abel Gilbert Pontón Hospital, from June to August 2023. Population: 38 nurses (o) and 95 patients. Instrument: Survey and Direct Observation Guide. Results: self-care, emotional support for the patient, improved sleep quality and reduced physical discomfort as much as possible. Regarding the influence that these cares had, they are reflected in the dissatisfaction or satisfaction of the patients, in which it is more prevalent not feeling totally satisfied with the care provided by the nurse, not feeling comfortable, nor with the effort that they place the professional to find out the origin of the problem. Conclusion: Neoplastic pathologies are a health problem, since it not only affects the physical part, but also mental health, since they are diseases that have a low rate of total recovery and a prevalence in mortality, due to the deficit of interventions of all the professionals who care for these patients, so it is essential to determine the necessary activities and how to grant them compliance based on scientific support, adding to the influence that it has had. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Determinar las intervenciones de enfermería y su influencia en el tratamiento de cáncer de mama en mujeres adultas mayor, en el Hospital Abel Gilbert Pontón, periodo junio-agosto 2023. Población: 38 enfermeras (o) y 95 pacientes. Instrumento: Encuesta y Guía de Observación directa. Resultados: el autocuidado, apoyo emocional hacia la paciente, mejorar la calidad de sueño y reducción al máximo posible de las molestias físicas. Respecto a la influencia que tuvieron esos cuidados se ven reflejados en la insatisfacción o satisfacción de las pacientes, en las cuales está con más prevalencia el no sentirse totalmente satisfecha con los cuidados que realiza la enfermera, no sentirse cómoda, tampoco con el empeño que coloca la (o) profesional para averiguar el origen del problema. Conclusión: Las patologías neoplásicas son un problema para la salud, ya que no solo afecta a la parte física, también a la salud mental ya que son enfermedades que tienen un bajo índice de recuperación total y una prevalencia en mortalidad, debido al déficit de intervenciones de todos los profesionales que asisten a estos pacientes, por lo que es fundamental determinar las actividades necesarias y como otorgarles cumplimiento en base a sustentación científica, sumándose a la influencia que ha tenido la misma. | es_ES |
