| dc.description | Introduction Chronic kidney failure is a very complicated determinant of health due to its incidence and prevalence over the years. In the last decade, the increase in this disease has doubled, thus causing a problem that affects the entire population. Objective: • Establish nursing care in older adults with chronic renal failure admitted to the Iess Babahoyo hospital June - October 2023 Methodology: The present study is focused on a Field Research through the collection of data that can be applied in the presence of the functions performed by each of the nurses in the care of patients with CKD admitted to the area of internal medicine at the IESS Babahoyo hospital. Results: establishing a grade in the sample of 30 patients with Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) problems who were admitted to the IESS Hospital of Babahoyo in the period June-October 2023, while all nurses will be taken as a reference. of the different shifts in the internal medicine area. Conclusions: Once this research project is completed, the following conclusions are established based on the statistical data collected during this field research work. | dc.description.abstract | Introducción La insuficiencia renal crónica es una determinante de la salud muy complicada debido a su incidencia y prevalencia en el transcurso de los años en la última década el aumento de esta enfermedad se ha duplicado causando así un problema que afecta a toda la población. Objetivo: • Establecer los cuidados de enfermería en adultos mayores con insuficiencia renal crónica ingresados en el hospital IESS Babahoyo junio -octubre 2023. Metodología: El presente estudio realizado está enfocado en una Investigación de Campo por medio de la recopilación de datos que se pueden aplicar en la presencia de las funciones que realizan cada una de las enfermeras en el cuidado de los pacientes con ERC ingresados en el área de medicina interna del hospital IESS Babahoyo. Resultados: estableciendo un grado en la muestra de 30 pacientes con problemas de Insuficiencia Renal Crónica (IRC) que fueron ingresados en el Hospital IESS de Babahoyo en el periodo junio-octubre 2023, mientras que en su totalidad se tomaran como referencia a todas las enfermeras de los diferentes turnos del área de medicina interna. Conclusiones: Una vez terminado este proyecto de investigación se establecen las siguientes conclusiones en base a los datos estadísticos recopilados durante este trabajo investigativo de campo. La investigación teórica les demuestra que los factores de riesgo que están asociados con los cuidados de enfermería por parte del personal de salud (enfermería) hacia los pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica que son ingresados en el área de medicina interna del hospital IESS Babahoyo para poder mejorar su calidad de vida. | es_ES |
