dc.description | The present case study was developed based on the problems that could be seen in the D'Flores Events Hall located in the La Union Parish, city of Babahoyo, referring to the level of sales maintained by the aforementioned company. The methodology implemented was the inductive method in addition to certain techniques, such as the interview and a comparison matrix to obtain information necessary to understand the factors that intervened in sales, in which possible solutions can be found for the company to take. take into account and can improve the problems you have. dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se desarrolló en base a las problemáticas que se pudieron apreciar en el Salón de Eventos D´Flores ubicado en la Parroquia La Unión ciudad de Babahoyo, referente al nivel de ventas que mantiene la empresa antes mencionada. La metodología implementada fue el método inductivo además de ciertas técnicas, como lo son la entrevista y una matriz de comparación para obtener información necesaria para comprender los factores que intervinieron en las ventas, en el mismo se podrá encontrar posibles soluciones para que la empresa las tome en cuenta y pueda mejorar los problemas con los que cuenta. Además, en los resultados de la metodología que se aplicó al desarrollo del proyecto arrojo información de que el control de ingresos que está teniendo dicho local comercial no es del todo eficiente. Además, se puede concluir que se busca identificar cuáles son las estrategias de ventas con las que cuenta el propietario del salón de eventos y así poder brindar una mejora a través de sugerencias que tengan que ver con un flujo de efectivo eficiente, para finalizar se recomienda que la empresa realice una revisión más continua de sus ingresos y gastos y los distribuya de una manera eficaz y eficiente. Para finalizar dentro del cuadro comparativo se puede apreciar que el crecimiento de las ventas del primer semestre del año 2022 y 2023 y así poder hacer un respectivo análisis del porque el salón de eventos no cuenta con un control de manejo de ingresos y a que se debe las problemáticas y así poder sugerir una posible solución al propietario para poder administrar mejor sus gastos. | es_ES |
