dc.description.abstract | El presente documento muestra el análisis respectivo del espacio cultural gastronómico del cantón Mocache y su incidencia en el logro de los objetivos del desarrollo sostenible; en consecuencia, este permite mostrar las debilidades y oportunidades expuestas en el sitio.
Complementariamente, la presente investigación dirigió su atención principalmente en desarrollo sostenible del cantón Mocache donde se da a conocer la labor realizada para obtener una mejora referente a la concientización de los seres humanos de como cuidar nuestro medio ambiente enfocada hacia la visión principal que es el espacio cultural gastronómico del cantón Mocache y su incidencia en cuanto al desarrollo de los objetivos 8, 12 y 14 del desarrollo sostenible.
