| dc.description | This research project consisted in determining the importance of political communication management in the speech processes of students at UTB Ext. Quevedo. This proposal analyzes the exchange, debate and updating of ideas, knowledge and experiences of individuals in different territories where political realities are generated, especially that of the student leaders of the UTB Ext. Quevedo. Based on a methodology with a quantitative research approach through the hypothetical deductive method, based on deductions carried out in surveys directed at student leaders of the university extension and a documentary analysis on regulations and results of the student organizations of the university, their achievements, representations and transcendences during the last years, relevant data was obtained on the academic and coexistence transcendence that a university student evolves during his stay in the institution of higher education, in addition to the contribution as a professional to the community. A gap is detected between the norm and the action, while one indicates what must be executed, the other complies to a certain extent, generating the so-called bidirectional gap between the two variables. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación consistió en determinar la importancia de la gestión comunicacional política en procesos de oratorias de estudiantes de UTB Ext. Quevedo. Esta propuesta analiza el intercambio, debate y actualización de ideas, conocimientos y experiencias de los individuos en distintos territorios donde se generan las realidades políticas, sobre todo el de los líderes estudiantiles de la UTB Ext. Quevedo. Basados en una metodología con enfoque cuantitativo de investigación a través del método hipotético deductivo, partiendo de deducciones ejecutadas en encuestas dirigidas a líderes estudiantiles de la extensión universitaria y un análisis documental sobre normativa y resultados de las organizaciones estudiantiles de la universidad, sus logros, representaciones y trascendencias durante los últimos años, se obtuvieron datos de relevancia sobre la trascendencia académica y de convivencia que evoluciona un estudiante universitario durante su permanencia en la institución de educación superior, además de la contribución como profesional a la comunidad. Se detecta una brecha entre la norma y la acción, mientras la una indica lo que se debe ejecutar, la otra lo cumple en cierta medida, generando la denominada brecha bidireccional entre las dos variables. | es_ES |
