dc.description | At present, technology has changed the traditional way of seeing the world, the new
computer age has allowed great changes in the main social actors, which include companies,
government and society, changing the way of communicating and the development of
activities in the field of daily life, from this perspective, digital communication has influenced
in such a way that it has been incorporated as part of life. The objective of this research is to
determine digital communication strategies and their influence on the millennial generation of
the Quevedo canton, thus indicating that the young people of the new millennial generation
use digital communication as simple entertainment, to be able to chat, navigate in social
networks, listening to music, which has turned them into true digital natives with the ability to
handle technology quickly and efficiently, developing their creativity and learning skills. For
the investigation, the methods and techniques were applied through which data was obtained
that were useful for the elaboration of the results, concluding that digital communication
strategies, yes, can influence depending on the use that young people give it. to these, being
free technological resources where anyone can access and facing a youth that has problems of
social adaptation sensitive to problems of criticism, highly demanding. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad la tecnología ha cambiado la forma tradicional de ver el mundo, la
nueva era informática ha permitido grandes cambios en los principales actores sociales, los
cuales se incluyen empresas, gobierno y sociedad cambiando la manera de comunicarse y el
desarrollo de las actividades en el ámbito de la vida diaria. Desde esta perspectiva la
comunicación digital ha influido de tal manera que se ha incorporado como parte de la vida.
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las estrategias de comunicación
digital y su influencia en la generación millennials del cantón Quevedo, indicando de esta
manera que los jóvenes de la nueva generación millennials utilizan la comunicación digital
como un simple entretenimiento, en poder chatear, navegar en las redes sociales, escuchar
música, lo que los ha convertido en verdaderos nativos digitales con la capacidad de manejo
de la tecnología de una forma rápida eficiente desarrollando su creatividad habilidades de
aprendizajes. Para el de la investigación se aplicó los métodos y técnicas a través de las cuales
se obtuvo datos que fueron de utilidad para la elaboración de los resultados, concluyendo que
las estrategias de comunicación digital, sí, puede influir en el estado emocional comportamiento y
