dc.descriptionThe subject addressed is the massive dissemination of cultural aspects of the Montubio community of the Vinces canton, Los Ríos province. This topic has been selected because the preservation and promotion of the traditions and culture of the Montubio community is considered of great importance. The general objective of the research is to analyze the influence of mass communication on the dissemination of cultural aspects in the Montubio community of the Vinces canton, the hypothesis states that the massive dissemination of cultural aspects of the Montubio community can contribute to strengthening identity and self-esteem. of this community, encourage respect and appreciation of their culture, as well as promote cultural tourism in the region. For the elaboration of this qualitative and quantitative field research, inductive, deductive and descriptive methods were used to relate, analyze and specify the data collected with the existing laws and principles in a general framework of study, in addition to the collection of data. For measurable data, the survey technique was applied to a population of 71,736 according to the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC), taking as a sample 397 people from the Vinces canton to apply an instrument of eight questions with multiple alternatives for their personal choice. Among the main results of the investigation, it was found that most of the citizens of the Vinces canton consider that the mass media do offer a wide variety of cultural content, while some indicate that they do not, likewise more than half of the The population considers that the media are responsible for promoting a diverse and representative culture.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl tema abordado es la difusión masiva de aspectos culturales de la comunidad montubia del cantón Vinces, provincia de Los Ríos. Se ha seleccionado este tema porque se considera de gran importancia la preservación y promoción de las tradiciones y cultura de la comunidad montubia. El objetivo general de la investigación es analizar la influencia de la comunicación masiva en la difusión de aspectos culturales en la comunidad montubia del cantón Vinces, la hipótesis plantea que la difusión masiva de aspectos culturales de la comunidad montubia puede contribuir a fortalecer la identidad y autoestima de esta comunidad, fomentar el respeto y valoración de su cultura, así como promover el turismo cultural en la región. Para la elaboración de esta investigación de campo, cualitativa y cuantitativa, se emplearon los métodos inductivo, deductivo y descriptivo para relacionar, analizar y precisar los datos recopilados con las leyes y principios ya existentes en un marco general de estudio, además para la recopilación de los datos medibles se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta a una población de 71.736 según el Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Censos (INEC) tomando como muestra a 397 personas del cantón Vinces para aplicar un instrumento de ocho preguntas con alternativas múltiples para su elección personal. Entre los principales resultados de la investigación se encontró que la mayor parte de los ciudadanos del cantón Vinces consideran que los medios de comunicación masiva si ofrecen una amplia variedad de contenido cultural, mientras que algunos indican que no, así mismo más de la mitad de la población consideran que los medios de comunicación son responsables de promover una cultura diversa y representativa.es_ES
