dc.description | The use of social networks has changed the way we currently communicate and inform, to
the extent that traditional media such as television are immersed in this new digital world, using
networks as a communication tool to generate and transmit information more quickly. For this
reason, this research is developed with the aim ofending the influence of social networks in the
workplace of communicators of the television medium TV quality of the canton El Empalme year
2022. A descriptive research was used by means of the quantitative method with the use of tools
such as the survey of closed questions carried out to the workers of the television quality tv medium
of the canton El Empalme. With the results obtained it was possible to verify that social networks
are a communication tool that support television media to generate content but also states that
social networks are a communication tool for the media, however, due to the immediacy that
social networks have do not usually identify if the news that are published are true or false. In
addition, most television media still need to interact with their audience through the comments

dc.description.abstract | El uso de las redes sociales ha cambiado la forma en que actualmente nos comunicamos e
informamos, en la medida en que medios tradicionales como la televisión se sumergen en este
nuevo mundo digital, utilizando las redes como herramienta de comunicación para generar y
transmitir información de manera más rápida. Por ello se desarrolla esta investigación con el
objetivo de determinar la influencia de las redes sociales en el ámbito laboral de los comunicadores
del medio televisivo calidad tv del cantón El Empalme año 2022. Se utilizó una investigación
descriptiva por medio del método cuantitativo con el uso de las herramientas tales como la encuesta
de preguntas cerradas realizadas a los trabajadores del medio televisivo calidad tv del cantón El
Empalme. Con los resultados obtenidos se pudo comprobar que las redes sociales son una
herramienta de comunicación que dan soporte a los medios televisivos para generar contenidos
pero también afirma que las redes sociales son una herramienta de comunicación para los medios,
sin embargo, debido a la inmediatez que tienen las redes sociales no suelen identificar si las noticas
que se publican son verdaderas o falsas. Además, que a la mayoría de los medios televisivos
todavía les hace falta interactuar con su público a través de los comentarios que los mismos hacen
