| dc.description | Maternal neglect is a type of child abuse that is characterized by the inability of the mother to provide and cover the basic needs of a child, this causing great detrimental consequences for the mental health of the young person. The objective of this case is oriented to determine the negligence of maternal upbringing in the mental health of a young man of 18 years of age, to pertinently address this study, the collection of information was carried out through the bibliographic exploration of the variables: negligence of maternal upbringing and mental health. In addition, this is based on a real case, where the patient was diagnosed and at the same time intervened in each affected area with techniques based on the cognitive behavioral approach. The diagnosis obtained through the different techniques used and based on the DSM 5 and ICD 10 diagnostic manuals is generalized anxiety disorder. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La negligencia materna es un tipo de maltrato infantil que se caracteriza por la incapacidad de la madre para brindar y cubrir las necesidades básicas que tiene un hijo, esto provocando grandes consecuencias perjudiciales en la salud mental del joven. el objetivo de este caso está orientado a determinar la negligencia de la crianza materna en la salud mental de un joven de 18 años de edad, para abordar de manera pertinente este estudio se realizó la recolección de información mediante la exploración bibliográfica de las variables: negligencia de la crianza materna y salud mental. Además, este está basado en caso real, en donde el paciente fue diagnosticado y al mismo tiempo intervenido en cada área afectada con técnicas basadas en el enfoque cognitivo conductual. el diagnóstico obtenido a través de las diferentes técnicas utilizadas y en base a los manuales de diagnóstico DSM 5 y CIE 10, es el trastorno de ansiedad generalizada. | es_ES |
