| dc.description | This case study deals with the love breakup and its impact on the mental health of a 29-year-old girl. The separation, be it courtship or marriage, can affect the state of the mental health of the patient, for this reason, in the development of the case, important data was collected for the progress of the study and its respective elaboration; Psychometric techniques and tools were applied, such as the Beck Depression Inventory with Score 28, which is in the Moderate Depression range; the Hamilton depression test 18 points, stating that it also gives for moderate depression; obtaining in this way through interviews and tests applied a diagnosis that according to the DSM-5 296.22 and CIE 10 code F33.1. Moderate depressive episode. In such a way that a therapeutic scheme was elaborated from the cognitive behavioral approach and it is established so that the patient, with the help of a professional, can carry it out through the sessions. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso versa sobre la ruptura amorosa y su incidencia en la salud mental de una joven de 29 años de edad. La separación, sea esta de noviazgo o matrimonio, puede afectar el estado de la salud mental de la paciente por tal motivo en el desarrollo del caso se recopilaron datos importantes para el progreso del estudio y su respectiva elaboración; se aplicaron técnicas y herramientas psicométricas, tales como el Inventario de Depresión de Beck con Puntuación 28 que se encuentra en el rango de Depresión Moderada; el test de depresión de Hamilton 18 puntos manifestando que también da para depresión moderada; obteniendo de esta manera por medio de entrevistas y test aplicados un diagnóstico que según el DSM-5 296.22 y CIE 10 código F33.1. Episodio depresivo moderado. De tal manera que se elaboró un esquema terapéutico desde el enfoque cognitivo conductual y queda establecido para que el paciente, con la ayuda de un profesional, pueda llevarlo a cabo a través de las sesiones. | es_ES |
