| dc.description | This case study revealed that work stress can affect the mental health and professional field of a 41-year-old worker at the Nuevo San Juan Health Center. It gradually emerges at the physical level and is analyzed through various assessment tools, such as medical history, clinical observations, and psychological assessment tools, such as: Beck Depression Test, Beck Anxiety Test, and the Inventory of Maslach exhaustion can help you detect specific cognitive, emotional, mental, social, and physical symptoms that are consistent with the patient's problems. In this way, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques were also used and similar techniques were used during the sessions and sent home as homework, all accompanied by a qualitative methodology and with the help of the International Classification of Diseases. The ICD-10 was able to confirm the presumed diagnosis of the patient. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso revelo que el estrés laboral puede afectar la salud mental y el campo profesional de un trabajador de 41 años del Centro de Salud Nuevo San Juan. Emerge gradualmente a nivel físico y se analiza a través de diversas herramientas de evaluación, como la historia clínica, las observaciones clínicas y las herramientas de evaluación psicológica, como: La prueba de depresión de Beck, la prueba de ansiedad de Beck y el inventario de agotamiento de Maslach pueden ayudarlo a detectar síntomas específicos de manera cognitiva, emocional, mental, social y físico, compatibles con los problemas del paciente. De esta manera también se utilizaron técnicas de Terapias cognitivo-conductual y técnicas similares se utilizaron durante las sesiones y se envió a casa como tarea, todo esto acompañado de una metodología cualitativa y con ayuda de la clasificación Internacional de enfermedades. El CIE-10 pudo confirmar el presunto diagnóstico del paciente. | es_ES |
