The purpose of this study was to see how smoking affects chronic obstructive disease in older adults. One of the tools used in this study is the deductive method, we analyze this research and specific and clear information is provided to raise awareness among patients who are at the Abel Gilbert Pontón Hospital. | dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio se investigó la relación entre el tabaquismo y la enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica en pacientes masculinos de 60 A 70 Años en el Hospital Abel Gilbert Pontón de Guayaquil, durante el mes de diciembre a abril del 2023, se investigó la relación entre el tabaquismo y la enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica. El propósito de este estudio fue ver cómo el tabaquismo afecta la enfermedad obstructiva crónica en adultos mayores. Una de las herramientas utilizadas en este estudio, es el método deductivo, analizamos esta investigación y se brinda información específica y clara para poder concientizar a los pacientes que se encuentran en el Hospital Abel Gilbert Pontón. El objetivo de la investigación es sensibilizar a la población para prevenir la Enfermedad Obstructiva Crónica y su mortalidad, ofreciendo información educativa tanto a jóvenes como a adultos mayores. | es_ES |
